Champagne Bruno Paillard Cuvee 72 NVThe same blend and wine as the Premire Cuve but held back another four and a half years following disgorgement, this release is the 2014 vintage. A golden straw hue, the NV Champagne Cuve 72 Extra Brut takes on more layered aromas and is expressive with notes of mandarin, shortbread cookies, honeycomb, and red apple. Full bodied, with a rounded mouthfeel, its long on the palate and has a clean finish. It picks up a light savory side from this vintage
