Optional Eagle funnel cover (Model 1664) keeps out dirt and contaminants. Compliance: EPA 40 CFR 265. 173.

These bags are a nice size and seem durable, especially for larger items. However, they arrived with a very strong odor that was noticeable as soon as I opened the package. I'm hoping the smell fades over time, but it was disappointing and worth mentioning. Overall, the bags are functional, but the odor keeps me from giving a higher rating.
