The buckle has been de nazified which seems to have been done by sort of pounding the eagle and swastika flat or more flat. However they did it, the buckle still managed to retain quite a lot of the paint. There is some rust. The leather is cracked in the center where it wraps around the prongs.

It took a few tries to get it positioned exactly as i wanted it but once that was done it hasn't moved. I have a Samsung s25fe phone with a case and it fits just fine. Seems secure.
