#19485 - Art Deco 8.08ct Star Sapphire RingCirca 1920s, 18k, American. Set in an elegantly engraved 18k white gold Art Deco ring, the luminous 8. 08 carat no heat star sapphire is magnificent! Finely cut and with lovely color, it stars beautifully and is accompanied by a GIA laboratory report stating it is of Ceylon origin and shows no evidence of heat or any other enhancement. Meticulously fabricated in the 1920s, this timeless ring is in excellent condition.

At xxl the shoulders fit well and perhaps the first jacket where the sleeves came down to my wrists and not halfway to my elbows if I reached forward. Love the zipper. The zipper pull is at my right hand side. It is where i would use my right hand to engage and pull it closed. The zipper glides smoothly. The hood is voluminous. There is no string available to control the fit of the hood. As it us the hood is much too large. It makes the jacket look cheap and unfinished. The jacket would be immeasura bly better if the was a bit more fill in the body and a string pull in the face of the hood to bring the fit closer.
