Gibson 2008 Explorer, Worn Brown - UsedThe Gibson Explorer model debuted in 1958. Its futuristic X body shape did not catch on right away and they stopped production in 1959. In 1975 Gibson relaunched the Explorer model and continues to make them to this day. This Faded Explorer model features a solid mahogany body and neck, rosewood fretboard with twenty two frets, Nashville Tune O Matic bridge, nickel stop tail, and nickel mini Grover tuners. The wiring includes a 3 way pick up selector
