It’s like a watery jelly. It got my scalp and hair clean. It is such a mild shampoo that infuses moisture as well. The smell is light and divine of rosehips. I bought this to replace another brand (SM), and I have no regrets! I can’t wait to try some of their other products. Edited: A year later and Babo has blocked Canadians from ordering their products from Amazon! Such a shame as their products are wonderful. Just use a third party from the USA that will ship out to Canada.
