Nach einer Reifung bis ca. 90 Oe. werden die ganzen Trauben in die Amphoren eingemaischt. Somit gren die Trauben und der Saft zusammen. Danach erfolgt die Trennung von der Maische. Die Reifezeit an der Hefe dauert mindestens noch 3 Monate. Danach bleibt der Wein noch weitere 12 Monate ausschliesslich in den Amphoren, womit er sich auch seinen Namen

The fit isn’t 100% it about a 90%. The light bulb doesn’t click and lock into place but not so loose that the bulb comes out, I’ve driven just a little serious with these on and they have held up. Moral of the story. Its definitely aftermarket and you get what you paid for but for what it is im pretty dang happy with them and maybe you will too. It does the job pretty well.
